The most emerging & latest solution in today’s world is Battery Crushing & Hydro separation System which is commonly known as Battery Breaker or Battery Shredders. Basic principle of this equipment is that the material will be crushed in its chamber by impact of rotating Hammers and discharge through screen at bottom of the crusher mill. Batteries are fed through the belt conveyer feeder in to the Crushing Section, where it is crushed & broken into pieces. Separation of Heavy material from lighter material is based on the principle of Sink & float mechanism which acts in comparison to their density.
